Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days. We ship via USPS Priority mail. Arrival time is generally 3-5 business days.

Please double check that there are no errors in your shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change. If a package is returned to 8 Days Botanicals due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, 8 Days Botanicals is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees.

Damaged, Lost & Stolen Orders

8 Days Botanicals is not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Once it leaves our hands, the safe arrival of your package is the responsibility of the United States Post Office. Should you have any issue with your delivery, i.e lost or late package, broken items, please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number for help. All orders are shipped USPS Priority and are insured against loss and damage. If an item arrives broken, take a photo to provide to USPS, and contact them right away to file a claim.
